D and T: Select from a range of materials those best suited to constructing a simple raft that floats and carries weight.
Resources: Natural materials, empty plastic bottles, margarine tubs, corks, string, a large bowl of water to test boats, a plastic animal or similar as the cargo/weight, white boards and pens.
